As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. ```Responsibilities:``` - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Utilize phone systems to answer calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual ```Skills:``` - Strong hospitality management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we cater to an international clientele - Proficient in Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is highly desirable - Knowledge of hotel management software is preferred - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls in a courteous manner If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
