Front Desk Associate - Full Time

Two shifts are available: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9-5. The successful candidate for this Christian, faith-based organization will be committed to consistently delivering top-notch work, and would like to work for an organization that cares about success for their clients.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering Phones and directing calls appropriately, distribute calls and messages to staff and residents.
• Greeting clients and directing incoming traffic.
• Check in/out and welcome visitors to the building, communicate visitors’ presence in lobby to resident rooms.
• Monitor inside and outside of the facility hourly and report findings to Operations Manager.
• Monitor the doors and security system.
• Sort and distribute mail, business messages, etc.
• Interact positively with residents and visitors to create a positive environment with staff.
• Monitor vehicles and guests onsite following the EGM guidelines for such.
• Ability to use sound judgement and resolution skills in an often-quick moving environment.
• Refer residents to appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintain common areas, including sanitizing surfaces, to ensure and clean and safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of employment primarily in a customer service setting.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work, active environment.
• Able to defuse tense situations.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Proven track record working with a diverse population.
• Can-do positive attitude!
