Front Desk/Service Operations Associate,

Job Description:

- Provide exceptional customer service: greet and make our clients feel welcomed whether in person, by phone (receptionist: first contact on our phone tree) or email

- Resolve client questions as able, and /or redirect the client to appropriate colleagues

- Ensure client information and documentation is current and accurate

- Document preparation including signature collection

- Calendar/scheduling management

- Generate reports and distribute to clients

- Maintain office organization and meeting prep

- Help coordinate events

- Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Personal Qualities:

- High school diploma/equivalency, college degree preferred

- Have an interest in/some knowledge of personal finance

- Client service experience: excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Professional, calm, very friendly and patient demeanor

- Very detail orientated with excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate in teams

- Hard worker and problem solver

- Ability to multitask with flexibility to work in an evolving environment

- Willing to learn new things and drive change to enhance efficiency and client experience

- PC knowledge with some proficiency with basic apps such as any email, calendar, document creation (like Google Docs, MS Word, etc.), and spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
