Front Desk Associate

This is a part-time position (5-15 hours per week). MUST be 18 or older.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:

-Availability to work opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekends
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software applications
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
