Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient experiences

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in healthcare or wellness field is a plus

Schedule: Part-Time, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1 pm - 6 pm
