SalarySerenity is a BUSY salon & spa located in Medford and Stoneham. We are hiring a part-time or full-time Front Desk receptionist who is technologically savvy.
Must:
- Be able to multi-task
- Be comfortable with computers
- Be comfortable learning new software
- Comfortable interacting with clients
- Have basic phone etiquette skills
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced setting as this position is very active
- Customer service skills
Experience with computers/email/text is a plus!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Booking and greeting clients
- Cashing out clients
- Cleaning
Not Required, but Preferred:
- Salon/Spa Experience
- Receptionist Experience
- Scheduling Experience
- SalonTarget Experience
- Personable - Loves to interact with others!
- Willing and excited to learn - you will learn something everyday!
- Desire to grow within a company long term
Professional attire is required.
