The Front Desk Associate requires a highly motivated team-player with the ability to deliver a high level of interactive customer service, develop and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, as well as proactively solve problems. The ability to work flexible hours is required. The associate must also demonstrate the ability to work well with staff, faculty, volunteers, leadership and community members at all levels within a diverse, multi-cultural, collaborative environment.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Multi-tasking skills - includes checking in members, answering calls, providing customer service by having basic knowledge of billing issues and inquiries, using the POS and computers, daily tasks that include checklists and paperwork
- Required to be on your feet during shifts
