This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.Job Purpose and Impact The Customer Experience-Marketing Coordinator will work behind the scenes to prepare and execute thoughtful experiences for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing to understand specific goals and objectives of upcoming customer engagements in order to deliver a memorable end to end experience. This role spans across all three customer segments: Retail, Foodservice and Food Manufacturing. Key Accountabilities In collaboration with sales and marketing leads, plan and execute memorable and customized experiences for our customers.Lead coordination and execution of internal sales meetings and key industry tradeshow booth presence. In collaboration with Senior Marketing Manager, develop and implement customer experience tiers of engagement and independently manage related product inventories. Develop processes and leverage best practices to ensure consistency across teams and customers.Drive post-event analysis to determine ROI and report to internal stakeholders.Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned.#LI-FA1 Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of related work experience Preferred QualificationsEvent planning experience with keen attention to detailProject management/coordination experience with strong communication and collaboration skills Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
