Game Changer Wealth is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate! The ideal candidate for this position is someone with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and strong problem-solving skills.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The successful candidate will be expected to have a friendly and professional demeanor and be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Candidate must highly appreciate using multiple social media computer browser based programs and communicate in them for the company’s benefit with minimal supervision. Must possess both speed and accuracy when operating these online browser based platforms and have above average typing skills. Some of these browser based programs we operate on the job training will be provided but on others , the candidate must already possess high competency such as Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook or similar, Canva or similar. Candidate will be tested on these office skills before being hired.
Must demonstrate in an interview their ability to format emails to prospects and clients where the administrator will simply dictate a few ideas and be able to use critical thinking skills to finish out the messages. Sometimes these communications will need to placed into U.S. Mail and critical thinking skills will once again be demonstrated to complete the task to send letters and small packages through US Mail and Fed Ex.
Candidate will demonstrate how they would talk to someone by phone or emailing them based on some role playing we will do in one of the interviews. Must have the ability to dress professionally and present excellent hygiene. Candidate will be the first person the public will see when walking in the door or answering the phone. Hours will be 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, leaving earlier is possible if duties are caught up. No licenses are needed by the candidate to be hired but candidate must possess the desire to pursue over time certain licenses as they become necessary in the industry.
Candidate must be adaptable to changing procedures as the company is growing; processes will be updated and some eliminated. Candidates input could be valuable in our desire to make processes better.
Some out of office and outside of normal business hours work will be required by helping our event attendees check into an event or book appts on our calendars . Not more than 4 days per month would the candidate be required to cover one of these spots from 6 pm to 9 pm. If you are required to help in these events, which would be at local colleges or restaurants between Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Metairie, the trade offs in your schedule could be afforded.
