Job description: This position will be responsible for performing day-to-day facility operational tasks and executing the sales process with clients. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. This position will focus on maintaining high levels of customer service, handling sales transactions and reporting, and supporting the efficient operation of the facility including maintaining facility cleanliness. Must be a self-motivated, energetic, positive, team-oriented person with a strong work ethic and a passion for sports / fitness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
- Demonstrate effective time management skills
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively
- Proactively make outgoing calls, follow up on leads, book workouts, and sell D1 products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders of the company (owners, associates, customers, community leaders, D1 Leadership Team)
- Demonstrate strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
- Prepare and complete inventories and reporting
- Be coachable
- Create social media content and posts (approved by GM/Director of Marketing)
- Use computer and software applications such as Microsoft Office as well as our point of sales system MindBody
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of fitness experience
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 1+ years of related experience
