Greeting guests & providing them with superb customer service experience
Perform opening and closing procedures.

1) Professionally manage and maintain the Front Desk
Greeting guests & providing them with superb customer service experience
- Scheduling lessons and cage rentals
Answering client questions & incoming calls
Selling products, services, and memberships
Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Maintaining general cleanliness of cages, pro shop, & restrooms.
Providing simple maintenance of pitching machines when needed.
Outgoing and energetic
- Great customer service
- Baseball / Softball experience (preferred)
Dependable
Has a positive attitude & is a team player
Has a willingness to learn: is teachable and coachable
Has sales and customer service experience
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has the ability to provide detailed follow-up with co-workers and supervisors
Has the ability to use technology to be more efficient and effective
