Front Desk Associate

Franco's Health Club & Spa is hiring a team member for our Front Desk!

We are looking for fun and friendly individuals who genuinely enjoy being around people, have a positive attitude towards health and fitness and can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to member's needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Connecting and developing relationships with members

• Delivering exceptional customer service to members

• Checking in members of the club

• Receiving and making phone calls

• Making club reservations (tennis/racquetball courts, swim lanes, etc...)

• Performing basic and advanced POS transactions

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• Ability to multi-task

• Basic computer skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Physically able to stand and move around all day

• A team-oriented mindset

• Self-motivation and drive

Hours:

• Opening shift Monday thru Friday 4am until noon
