Position Summary
Stretch Zone wants to hire a Front-Desk Administrative Assistant as the main hospitality contact for all clients and guests and to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at the desk of our main entrance. As an essential role for our day-to-day operations, you will be in charge of booking appointments, answering phone calls, managing our leads database and assisting the studio managers and/or studio owner with general operations, programming, studio maintenance/upkeep, and coordinating all events / programs at the studio. Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support while contributing to the core operations of the studio. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. While preferred, experience within the fitness industry is not required. However, first-rate people skills, emotional intelligence and a self-motivated work ethic are paramount for this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all clients, guests, and/or community members and create a positive first impression for the studio
  • Deliver 5-star customer service to all clients and guests
  • Help to create and ensure a hospitable, clean and inviting environment, including demo preparation set-up and clean-up, general tidying up of reception area, break and bathroom(s), etc.
  • Answer client questions and incoming calls
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages
  • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them during studio walk-ins and/or events
  • Manage and update leads in our CRM system. In addition, call and schedule incoming leads to obtain bookings for demos (targeting a minimum of 50 calls/day). Note: Calls are required. If you are not comfortable making calls this is not the position for you.
  • Confirm all scheduled appointments
  • Monitor, organize and respond and/or forward emails and text messages
  • Maintain records and files
  • Accept all letters and packages and distribute them appropriately
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and any automated tasks that are assigned to the Front Desk position
  • Assist management with inventory control of studio
  • Conduct other administrative duties as assigned by immediate manager or studio owner as needed

Qualifications
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED!
  • Valid customer service experience
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity, and passion
  • Present a professional image and demeanor at all times
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency, knowledge and understanding of Stretch Zone operational procedures, programs and policies
  • Proficient with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently
