We seek a excellent multitasker who can smile under pressure while managing a busy Front Desk in a 2 doctor, chiropractic office. Primary duties include handling the phones, scheduling, office flow, collecting payment and patient care depending on training level.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.

- Competence in interpersonal, phone, text, and email communication.

- Understanding of basic financial transactions, bookkeeping and ledger principles.

Bonus Skills:

- North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners Certified Clinical Chiropractic Assistant Level I or II

- Understanding of health insurance principles.

- Front desk experience at a health care facility

Expected hours: 40 hours per week

Standard work hours: Mon- Wed: 8am-1pm & 2:30-6:30pm, Thurs: 11:30-6:30pm, Fri:6:30am-11:30am.
