Front Desk Agent Weekends 3-11Pm

The Atlantis Oceanfront Inn is a seasonal hotel ( April-October) Seeking 3-11pm Front Desk Agent 2 nights a week, Saturday and Sunday

* Hotel experience preferred

* Operate hotel switchboard and take reservations over phone.

* Be proficient on hotel software systems, Roommaster and Microsoft.

* Be able to operate cash register and credit card machines and reconcile daily work.

* Able to multi-task, be efficient and work well under pressure.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Have professional appearance and positive attitude

* Knowledge of the local area a plus

* Be a team player and help in other areas as needed.

* Be confident while working alone in the evening.

* Have basic hotel knowledge and able to trouble shoot and assist with guests needs when the arise.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Weekends only
