We are hiring for Front Desk Agents at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Somerset, MA. This position is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests in accordance with Marriott and High Road Hospitality standards. Primary tasks include taking guest reservations, checking-in, and checking-out guests after their stay, and providing local recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The following shifts are available: 1 pm.-9 pm., 3pm.-11 pm.
Ideal candidates possess the following skillset:
- At least one year working in a customer service role
- The ability to stand for the entire duration of a shift
- Previous experience using a reservation platform and a high level of comfort with the common computer platforms such as Office 365 and the Microsoft Office suite
- Marriott experience preferred
- Flexibility with scheduling availability, weekends required
This position is an in-person role and is not able to be a remote position.
