What you can expect day-to-day?
- Handling individual client project assignments
- Supporting the development of client contact reports, financial documents, and client/project agendas. Contributing to the creation of client proposals, monitoring budgets, and assisting with the preparation and submission of financial and forecasting reports.
- Coordinating and participating in content planning meetings
- Drafting creative briefs and assisting with facilitation of the medical-legal-regulatory review process
- Working with Project Management
- Attending status meetings
- Assisting with logistical planning for client meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field of study
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proven experience working on simultaneous projects, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, problem solving and working well under pressure
- Relevant Internship and/or minimum of one year practical work experience in advertising, marketing or medical/healthcare communications agency including responsibility in one or more of the following roles; Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management role
- Demonstrated execution of project management tasks such as; developing timelines, project briefs, monitoring budgets and process tracking to include coordinating projects across multiple departments
