SalaryWe are looking for applicants to join our Front Desk Team for a boutique hotel on the beach! The Front Desk Agents will be the lasting, first impression, for each guest staying at our hotel. We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests.

Starting Rate of Pay - $21.00 per hour

Year-round Full Time and Part Time positions available. No previous experience required.
- We provide paid training.
- Preferred: Customer service/hotel experience
Shifts: Full Time position must be available to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts. 11pm-7am (as needed). Must be flexible to work weekends!
Opportunity
- Full Time and Part Time positions available. (Full Time must be fully flexible to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts including weekends)
- Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, standing at the Front Desk for extended periods of time, maintaining a clean and organized Front Desk area, completing the check-in/ check-out process, collecting a method of payment, booking reservations, answering phone calls, multi-tasking, providing recommendations on things to do and places to go in the local area, answering any guest inquires, etc.
