As a Franchise Systems Specialist on the Aire Serv team, a typical day for you will include:
- Provide administrative support by collecting and organizing information to assist the Director of Systems and operations team in performance of various duties
- Provide Franchisee support, by assisting with the management and operation of Tortal, FranConnect, ServiceTitan, DesignPro, the Aire Serv Pricebook and other software as needed.
- Create, provide and present material to support field training and continuing education
- Keep business and systems training manuals up to date and coordinate printing and distribution
- Plan and coordinate video projects
Collaborate with multiple departments in the support of new franchisees

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
- Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and train new users
- Builds rapport with trainees
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability and proficiency in the use of computers and company standard software, including, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software as may be necessary from time to time
- Ability to work under the stress of maintaining proper liaison between Franchisees and franchise staff, Home Office staff, and customers, sometimes in adverse conditions
- Education: Associate’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required. Bachelor’s preferred
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid (Waco, TX or Irving TX) or Remote
