About the Role:
The Finance Manager will join a fast-paced corporate FP&A team to manage M&A and long term financial models. You will be responsible to develop M&A model for PPA and tax valuation. By developing complex financial models, you will provide the analysis and reporting to help drive decision making by CrowdStrike’s senior management team and support the company-wide planning process. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with various teams across the organization, such as Corporate Development, Technical Accounting, Ops FP&A, Data Analytics, and Investor relations. Remote candidates will be considered but preference is to be based out of Irvine, Sunnyvalue, or El Segundo, CA.
Remote U.S role within a reasonable commuting distance to one of our West Coast Offices: Irvine, CA; Sunnyvale; CA, El, Segundo, CA.
What You’ll Do:
Lead forecasting, analysis, and scenario planning for M&A and long term models
Develop complex financial models for ACV, TCV, ARR, operating expense, and free cash flow
Coordinate closely with Corporate Development, Technical Accounting, and Ops FP&A to deliver M&A valuation models
Create monthly long term financial models for financial close
Perform ad-hoc analysis for special projects
What You’ll Need:
5-8+ years of M&A or forecasting ARR/bookings experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or finance/strategy role at a high-growth private or public software/security company
Detailed understanding of SaaS metrics, i.e. bookings, ARR, churn, attach rates, lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost
Team player who achieves corporate objectives while also working efficiently and accurately under tight time constraints
High aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modeling.
Superior attention to detail – must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
Expert user with Microsoft Excel; proficient with Saleforce.com and Tableau; familiarity with Adaptive Insights Planning and NetSuite
Demonstrated experience or interest related to SaaS and/or cybersecurity
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field required. MBA is a plus
