Finance Manager

Job Title: FINANCE MANAGER

POSITION REPORTS TO: Controller

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize financial resources
- Provide strategic financial planning and guidance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IAS) and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support decision-making and achieve financial objectives
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting regulations

- Coordinate with bankers for reporting, documentation, banking etc.

- Exposure to Payroll accounting and related regulatory requirements

-Assist in month end closing procedures

-General Ledger Entries including booking accruals

-Assist with AP/AR as needed

-Assisting other departments as needed as it applies to Finance

-Vendor/Customer contact- high level of written and verbal skills

-Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of Windows software

-Provide reporting to other departments and senior management as required

-Ad hoc projects / duties as needed

```Requirements```

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles
- Proficiency in account analysis, financial planning, and strategic planning
- Familiarity with accrual accounting principles and financial accounting standards
- Ability to perform cash flow analysis and make informed financial decisions
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

- Must be proficient in QuickBooks & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
