We’re hiring a full-time CAO/Managing Directorfor our Executive Division.
As CAO/Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations that contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and monitoring employment policies and practices to ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws and regulations, recommending modifications as appropriate.
- Providing overall leadership and guidance to the people operations function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, rewards and compensation, and benefits.
- Overseeing facility management to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and codes pertaining to the building industry while maintaining a safe, healthy, and comfortable work environment.
- Overseeing all space planning and building upgrades. Supervising custodial and maintenance staff and coordinating the utilization of external contractors
- Preparing and managing the Executive Division and Building and Grounds expense budgets and approving related invoices.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
- Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and database software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, O365)
- Advanced business writing skills
- Highly developed communication skills (ability to negotiate, persuade, handle confrontation, listen empathetically, facilitate, and make presentations)
- Expert ability to develop staff and communicate performance expectations clearly and consistently
- Education: eight years relevant work experience, Master’s Degree in a related field preferred
- For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time

Starting Pay: $139,300 - $188,050, dependent on relevant experience
