Finance Manager
Teutsch Partners, an established Seattle-based real estate developer, is seeking a Finance Manager for its Portland marina assets. Teutsch Partners owns Columbia Crossings, one of the largest marina operators in the Pacific Northwest, with over 1,500 boat slips.
The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial operations of the business, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, project management and analysis, market analysis, and liaising with our accounting team for monthly reporting. He or she will play an integral role in realizing our vision to re-make our riverfront properties with new dining, retail, and marine service amenities in addition to a new floating home community and expansion of our storage facilities.
Candidates should possess strong financial acumen, some knowledge of accounting, expertise in project management, and exceptional computer skills with high proficiency in spreadsheets and ideally some basic programming abilities. An interest in commercial real estate as well as design/architecture and construction management is also helpful, but not essential.
We are excited by the development potential of our extensive waterfront properties, and hope to identify a highly motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial person to lead the financial management of this real estate business. We are hopeful that our Finance Manager can progress to work on other projects for Teutsch Partners across the Pacific Northwest. The company owns a diverse portfolio of multifamily residential, logistics/industrial, medical office, retail, and senior living properties, primarily in the Seattle area.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
