Seeking a motivated, hands-on General Manager to join our team for a hotel in Prineville, Oregon. This is a full time position and pay will be based on experience.
Job Description:
Create and maintain customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires employees to do their best. Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with the hotel's profitability goals.
Perform administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner, with attention to detail.
Interview, hire and train, supervise and counsel employees in a manner consistent with efficient operation of the hotel.
Maintain a positive public image in the community, building relationships in order to earn business for the hotel.
Monitor cost control, property condition, cleanliness and quality of product and service throughout the hotel.
Greet and maintain rapport with associates and customers.
Preform and other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
