JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance & HR Administrator is an integral part of both the Finance and Human Resource teams with responsibility in regards to receiving and documenting payments for AHFH including HomeBase and ReStore, maintaining compliance of required employee and subcontractor records as well as organizing and executing company-wide meetings and events. In the absence of a Front Desk Receptionist, this position will greet and assist clients and visitors to AHFH corporate offices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains check log and begins the process of accurately recording all incoming payments and deposits
- Monitor all corporate print rooms and ensuring all stock and supply levels
- Order supplies as needed for AHFH departments and ReStore
- Accurate and timely tracking and storage of all legal contracts including but not limited to bank accounts, computer software, loans and miscellaneous services for all AHFH departments
- Maintaining certification of insurance for all AHFH sub-contractors
- As part of the onboarding process for new hires, this role is required to create key fobs, issue alarm codes and order name badges and business cards
- Collection of new hire documentation in regards to the AHFH cell phone stipend as well as updating Texas drivers license information as needed
- Regularly monitoring the new hire onboarding processes and ensuring all new hires have completed benefit enrollment in a timely manner
- Oversee employee engagement committee, in collaboration with HR rep to facilitate employee appreciation events throughout the year for all AHFH locations
- Assist with the planning of all SLT & ALT events
- Assist Finance in entering daily retail sales totals into the ERP system
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Minimum of 1 years experience in an office or customer service position
- $20 - $25 / hourly commensurate with experience
