ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Finance Clerk. This position is responsible for assisting the leadership team with payroll, billing, invoicing, and other duties to include: corresponding directly with new team members and management staff, filing, data entry, ordering supplies, and providing support as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with new hire documentation, scheduling orientations, and administrative support for site management team
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
• Receive and review invoices for accuracy.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
• 1 - 2 years of experience in payroll, billing, or related fields.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
• Working knowledge of general office equipment.
• Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
