AR Clerk (ARCLE004433)

Processes customer and government invoices. Review and correct G/L coding of receivables and monitoring of A/R aging. Work with sales to resolve discrepancies and handle all customer calls. Monthly close and roll-forward of A/R.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process customer invoices and government invoicing daily.
Daily retrieval of bank reports/lockbox submittals and application of cash to invoices.
Research and process chargebacks, returns, and shipments discrepancies.
Process customer credit applications and monitor terms credit limits.
Review and monitor A/R aging reports.
Perform collection process for past due accounts.
Provide cash forecast weekly to Controller.
Assist with closing the A/R sub ledger monthly.
Provide research and support for quarterly and annual audit requests as needed.
Assist Controller with special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
3-5 years in related job experience
Experience using general ledger/ERP software and tools
Good written & communication skills, including ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers and suppliers.
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products (e.g., Word, One Note, Outlook).
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree
Experience with Infor Syteline and Quantum
