As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Your responsibilities will include handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. In this full-time, temp-to-hire position you will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records in the Accounts Payable system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
- Recent experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Quickbooks) and ERP systems.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $18/hr or DOE
