INAMAX is looking for a full-time Field Service Dispatcher that will perform a variety of operational and clerical tasks. Duties consist of interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

• Interact and troubleshoot with customers via telephone to provide support regarding service issues
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer concerns
• Collect and enters data for service tickets
• Work closely with management to escalate questions and concerns
• Work hand in hand with Field Service support staff dispatching and routing service calls
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer questions and concerns
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related customer service or dispatch experience
