Position Summary:

As a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator with Atlantis Plumbing Your expertise, professionalism and tone set the pace for each day. Being the main point of contact for both our external customers and internal staffing across all departments, you set the standards for our level of communication, service, and overall customer experience. You will be the voice of the company exemplifying our core values with the customer from the first call to the transition to the technician experience. Within this role your ability to gather information, document and clearly articulate the needs of the customer to our service technicians is vital to the success of our team.

Objectives:

  • Monitor & receive incoming calls, record relevant information accurate data is gathered and validated from customers ensuring.
  • Review daily prioritization of all calls according to urgency and importance.
  • Follow up with all open jobs and estimates to ensure the customer has all the necessary information to make an informed decision and receives the necessary help to resolve their issues.
  • Provide flexible support to ensure adequate cover at peak operating times to meet deadlines.
  • Resolve customer complaints and/or mitigate to upper management.
  • Be able to differentiate between true customers with needs and “price shoppers.”
  • Be willing to work “On-Call” for 24-hour period based on office rotation.

Competencies:

· Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and across functional teams.

· The ability to stay focused and calm during high volume call days, working in tandem with your team to ensure effective communication.

  • Meticulous.
  • Ability to take direction and apply to tasks at hand.
  • Basic skills with computer programs such as Email, Excel, Word, and Google Calendar
  • Experience with CRM system preferred.
  • Exceptional people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and proceed with objectives under limited supervision.
  • Ability to utilize multiple platforms at any given time.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED/equivalent
  • 2+ Years in call center and or Customer Service-related field preferred.
  • General plumbing knowledge or construction knowledge

Physical requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on the computer.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
