- Location: St Louis Park, MN (Please note: this is position is 100% in-person)
- Hours: Full Time, Exempt, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- Salary range: $40,000-$55,000 based on skills and experience
Purpose Statement:
The role of the Field Human Resources Generalist is to identify, retain, improve and promote talent so that Bridges MN is able to provide the best possible level of service to the people that we serve as a company through training and support of all supervisors while maintaining industry compliance with all company policies.
HR Generalist Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for new hire orientation and training for employees while remaining compliant with MN DHS rules and regulations
Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork within HRIS and other various systems
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns
Stay compliant on annual training
Roll out new policies and procedures
Assisting staff and Residential Supervisors with our scheduling system (When I Work)
Monitor staff overtime hours worked at sites
HR Generalist Required Skills and Experience:
Human Resources: 2 years minimum requirement
Recruitment: 1 year minimum requirement
High School diploma or equivalent
