Family Resource Specialist
JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Family Support Case Manager! As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive support to children and their families in need of assistance. You will work with families to develop individualized, strength-based strategies to meet the needs of each individual family. You will work to assess the needs of each family, assist with goal setting, monitor progress, and provide guidance and resources to ensure success. If you have a passion for working in the Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Work field, this is the job for you!

The qualified Family Support Case Manager will have:
- High school diploma and experience working with children, youth, and/or families in a variety of settings or environments.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

The qualified Family Support Case Manager will:
- Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
