Job Description/Responsibilities
- Experience working in Family Support Service programs (In-home, Recreational & Habilitation).
- Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities who live independently or with their families.
- Experience with implementing outcomes and experience with documentation.
- Actively engage and encourage individuals to participate in community activities.
- Provide proof of reliable transportation.
- Must be willing and comfortable with driving individual in personal vehicle.
