Position Summary
As the Factory Quality Manager for our Denver site, you will champion compliance with all food safety and quality policies, procedures and standards established by the company and various federal, state and local regulatory agencies. You will drive the quality assurance (QA) strategy throughout the factory and proactively identify opportunities to continuously improve and generate exceptional results. In this critical leadership role, you will engage, empower and supervise the QA department and ensure all manufacturing quality standards are met or exceeded.

  • Manage strategic planning and daily operation of the factory QA department
  • Coach, develop and mentor the QA team
  • Lead the internal and external factory audit programs to verify adherence to certification standards, regulatory requirements, product and process specifications
  • Review, maintain and enhance factory QA resources to support personnel training and competency development, food safety, and quality management systems
  • Manage adherence to ISO requirements and continually monitor external standards to inform internal strategy
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistent application of quality standards
  • Drive the Quality pillar in support of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for the factory

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related scientific discipline
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing, production, military or related environment
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, military or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $101,000 - $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
