GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Data Quality and Insights Manager oversees the quality, accuracy, and integrity of product-related data within the organization, supervises staff, and allocates tasks. This role is pivotal in managing our product information lifecycle, ensuring that data supports our business strategies and meets the needs of various departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain rigorous Data Quality standards and processes to ensure SKU-level product data's accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
- Analyze product data to identify trends and Insights, preparing reports and dashboards to inform product strategies and business decisions.
- Work closely with IT, sales, purchasing, and operations teams to coordinate product data initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Address and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and inconsistencies, implementing corrective measures to prevent future problems.
- Lead and develop a team responsible for product data management, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Data Quality processes, staying abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Implement and enforce robust data governance policies and guidelines, maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on metrics and performance for upper management. Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels through reports and presentations.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises non-supervisory employee(s)
- Interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Work with Human Resources on employee issues

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
