Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the organization
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective facility operations
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate and schedule repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, including expenses for repairs, supplies, and equipment
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, low voltage systems, and high voltage systems
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
