Storage Facility Manager

We are looking for someone that can help us as the "boots on the ground" person for us at this facility. We are pretty flexible on work times - we would need a set schedule but open to whatever days. We just bought this facility and we have been working hard to get it fixed up and leased up. We did some major renovations and are still working on some too.

The most important parts of this job include:

1. Helping us with the lease up - we bought this facility and its only halfway full. We need someone to hand out flyers at Beacon College and try to get some students to use the smaller units we have. We will also pay a commission for this if you can help us get filled up. So marketing to get tenants is a BIG part of this job for us.

2. Cleaning out units and trash and stuff people leave people (because they do) and helping us with walk thru's and occupancy reports for units. You are our eyes and ears on the ground and you have to tell us who is moving in and out and help our tenants. The past owners didn't do a very good job with this so we need a good representative to help us with customer support and occupancy.

3. Be the representative on the ground for us. We own 16 facilities and we are also family owned and we are running around like crazy people managing everything so we need a good team person to help us with tenant issues and getting this thing leased up.

We want to hire someone part-time for now bc we want to see how much work there is for this person but if it turns out to be a lot more than we can change the ours for now we can only afford a part-time person but get it leased up and the sky is the limit.

We need someone IN LEESBURG to be there in a jiffy. We can't hire someone that takes more than 20 min to get to the facility so please don't apply if you don't live near the area.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55 - $19.93 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
