FUNCTION: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, managing maintenance activities, and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and functionality. Manages the facilities for enterprise and subsidiary companies with locations across states in the Intermountain, Southwest, and Great Plains region. Works under the direction of the Director of Property, Environmental and Facilities.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values
- Integrate and manage an Asset Management / Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all facilities across the enterprise
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and facility caretakers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facility maintenance and operations program
- Ensure the ongoing functionality and appearance of the facilities
- Coordinate and oversee repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects
- Manage repair and maintenance work performed by in-house technicians, vendors and contractors
- Negotiate contracts with service providers
- Expedite emergency repairs
- Plan major facilities components or systems replacement
- Ensure proper security measures, including collaboration with vendors, for security, access control, camera systems, etc.
- Oversee and optimize utility services for all facilities
- Lead the facilities team
- Maintain recruiting, hiring, promotion, and corrective action for assigned positions and personnel
- Train and develop the facilities team in the pursuit of continuous improvement
- Develop and manage facility budgets
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines
- Identify opportunities for cost savings
- Manage invoice review, coding and processing for all facilities invoices
- Coordinate with stakeholders on budget adherence and forecasting
- Optimize facility space and utilization
- Plan and execute office reconfigurations and relocations as needed
- Plan, review and approve facilities modifications
- Perform other duties as required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Teams, SharePoint and accounting software
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of related experience
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or related field
- 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
- Experience leading and managing teams
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Moderate work; exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally
- Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment
- Able to negotiate various site environments and adverse weather conditions
- Automotive travel to job sites and work locations as needed
