YOUR ROLE:
As Vice President of Facilities, you'll typically work in an office environment and will need to visit various company facilities. This position will involve occasional travel and occasionally working outside regular business hours, especially in emergencies, to ensure our properties run smoothly.
You are responsible for creating and implementing strategic facility management across the organization. Your ability to lead, inspire, and teach your team how to deliver an exceptional product and service, while living the mission, culture, and values, within the necessary timeframe and budget will be one of the greatest impacts you will have on the organization. You will need to educate and influence corporate and property leaders to see, understand, and support your vision for facilities.
You will build and maintain skilled teams to assist in achieving goals and objectives. Using
quantitative and qualitative data you will track the success of your team as it relates to achieving
business outcomes. As you lead the team emphasizing safety and effective safety practices will
be essential for the environment and outcomes we want.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of extensive facilities management and maintenance experience
- Experience in construction
- Ability to lead, manage, and inspire skilled teams
- A strong planning orientation and organizational proficiency
