Judson Family Chiropractic, in Magna, UT is looking for one expert Insurance Biller/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Insurance billing, patient ledger management, Accounts receivable, working with insurances in any aspect.
• Front desk: answering/returning phone calls, scheduling patients, verifying patient insurance, taking payments, keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material, greeting and welcoming patients as they approach the front desk, answering questions, and addressing complaints

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Proficiency in computer programs.
• Planning and organizing abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with different groups of people.
• Multitasking abilities.
• Efficient time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• certificate of completion of billing course, or experience in doing same duties from previous employment.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
