Management reserves the right to modify, defer, or rescind this position description at any time, with or without prior notice.Role OverviewThe Executive Wingman must be willing and able to anticipate and meet the needs of the executive, the department, prospects, clients and vendors with whom Kasasa works or desires to work.

He/she must have a positive face to everyone as it is clearly recognized and appreciated that daily interaction with everyone (Spartans across our business and external parties) is a direct reflection on Kasasa, the sales function, the related principal executive and must be handled in a way that is true to the Patch Values. The Executive Wingman must have a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities, quick pivots, ambiguity, chaos, and complexity with ease.Responsibilities* Infuse the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction.* In an organized and timely fashion - manage CGO schedule, meetings, travel, team events, and prioritize Executive Team events and client/prospects calls or meetings.* Successfully interact with team members, the assigned executive, external partners, clients and prospects to manage and meet the scheduling needs of various goals and strategies.* Ensure assigned expenses and related reporting is submitted according to defined deadlines and processes.* Anticipate potential problems that could impact the sales organizations, recommend and coordinate solutions, accordingly. Anticipate needs and plan for them.

When un-anticipated challenges arise - act with a sense of empowered ownership and urgency.* Handle matters proactively and expeditiously and follow through on projects to successful completion.* Handles assigned incoming and outgoing communications with vendors, clients, prospects, and sales staff in support of the assigned principal executive strategies and goals.* Assist in optimizing all meeting and travel plans for the department, as needed and/or requested.* Independently create well-organized communications to manage events, communications, etc.* Perform other duties as assigned by assigned principal executive.* Partner with sales team members and the assigned principal executive to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales pipeline to ensure cross functional resources are appropriately coordinated, to include pre-sales processes and efforts to drive deals to closure.* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree required.* Proven ability to work independently and make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties with very limited or absence of direction of the executive(s).* 5+ years of experience working with executive-level employees.* Ability to work under time constraints and be available, as needed.* Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.* Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties* Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to various audiences.* Exposure to CRM processes and experience interfacing with clients, prospects and external partners within the Banking and FinTech industries.* Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills.* Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.* Travel, as needed up to 40% of the time.* Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.* You will be asked to participate in culture related meetings, activities, and events.
