Position Summary:
The incumbent demonstrates competency in all duties typically performed by a non-invasive cardiovascular technologist. Under general supervision independently performs complex cardiovascular procedures. including treadmill stress testing, nuclear stress imaging, pharmacological and exercise echocardiogram. Performs 24 hour ambulatory ECG and blood pressure monitoring and ECGs. Assists in data management of the ECG, Stress & Holter system. Displays professional conduct at all times in their interactions with other staff members, patients and visitors. Self motivation and versatility are strong requisite characteristics for this position. Also, this position will require traveling between all cardiology off-sites clinics for procedural support.
