Are you an experienced and highly organized individual who excels at managing the finer details of both professional and personal life? We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant/household manager to join our household team and take charge of ensuring the smooth operation of our household. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our daily routines, overseeing essential tasks, and providing invaluable support to our family.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive household management support:
a. Oversee and manage all aspects of the household to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
b. Coordinate and supervise household staff, including cleaners, gardeners, and contractors.
c. Manage household budgets and expenses, ensuring financial records are well-maintained.
2. Schedule and coordination:
a. Maintain and organize household calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.
b. Arrange and manage household appointments, including those related to repairs, maintenance, and deliveries.
3. Communication and documentation:
a. Prepare and edit household-related correspondence, communications, and documentation.
b. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy.
4. Travel and itinerary management:
a. Coordinate travel arrangements for family members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
b. Create and manage travel itineraries, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
5. Research and reporting:
a. Conduct research on various household needs, such as home improvement projects, maintenance services, and local resources.
b. Compile data and reports related to household management for the homeowner's review.
6. Project management:
a. Assist in overseeing home improvement projects, renovations, and maintenance tasks.
b. Follow up on action items related to household projects and ensure timely completion.
7. Point of contact:
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to household matters.
b. Liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors on behalf of the homeowner.
8. Inventory and supplies:
a. Manage household supplies, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and household inventory.
b. Ensure that necessary household items are stocked and readily available.
9. General household support:
a. Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as managing household files and records.
b. Assist with other household-related duties and responsibilities as they arise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.83 - $22.52 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
