Administrative Support:
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our real estate team as a top-notch Real Estate Executive Assistant to the Founder of the company. This role is crucial in supporting our real estate professionals in various administrative, operational and marketing tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding or willingness to learn the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Help organize and plan events
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain and update our client database, ensuring accurate and current information.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Assist in conducting market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes for our real estate professionals
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the team to create and distribute promotional materials, social media ideas.
- Take and edit videos for socials
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies to generate leads.
Database Management:
- Manage and organize property listings on various real estate platforms.
- Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications:
- MUST BE A GO-GETTER!!
- Proven experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes. (or willing to learn)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Socials (Instagram, FaceBook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
