THE GIST:
Our client, inventive Bay Area-based Venture Capital firm, seeks a top-notch Executive Assistant to support one of their Operating Partners. This role is based in NYC but will require monthly travel to their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate operates with stellar attention to detail, a proactive nature, and a high degree of professionalism.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Provide daily administrative support to partner in New York City
- Travel once per month to San Francisco for onsite meetings
- Manage calendar, arrange meetings, and confirm appointments
- Arrange corporate travel, prepare itineraries, and manage logistics
- Track and process expenses
- Arrange meetings, prepare conference rooms, and create meeting materials
- Accompany partner to meetings, take notes, and track action items
- Work collaboratively with other EAs and teams to streamline daily operations
- Assist with other tasks and projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Previous experience in Venture Capital and/or a tech highly preferred
- Ability to travel monthly to San Francisco required
- Experience support an HR executive or recruiting team a plus!
- Ability to manage multiple competing & shifting priorities
- Keen sense of urgency and responsive nature
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle ambiguity
- Superior polish & professionalism

COMPENSATION:$100k-130k base salary + bonus + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
