Administrative Financial Specialist
The Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District is seeking an Administrative Financial Specialist to provide professional accounting, administrative, human resources, risk control, and technical support. This role reports to the Administrative Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting
• Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial statements
• Perform daily cash management and bank reconciliations
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Provide HR support including maintaining personnel files
• Greet visitors and respond to inquiries
• Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field
• 2+ years experience in fiscal/HR administration
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office
