This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
The Executive Assistant will provide support for all administrative needs of the SVP, Americas Wholesale & Global Licensing. In addition, this position will provide calendar support to SVP & VPs within the Wholesale & Licensing function. This position requires a high level of discretion and ability to work effectively at the senior levels throughout the organization.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is… atypical. You will maintain the calendar for the SVP, Americas Wholesale & Global Licensing and his direct reports; prioritizing appointments and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts throughout the day to ensure attendance and punctuality at meetings. You will make travel arrangements including booking flights, hotel accommodations, car services, and manage travel agenda for the SVP, Americas Wholesale & Global Licensing. You will coordinate Wholesale Market internal cross functional meetings as well as meetings with external Senior Leaders for in-person or virtual Showroom collection walkthroughs. You will also coordinate Runway Show invitation lists, track RSVP’s and seating requests; this also includes managing communication to our partners regarding runway show inquiries. Additionally, you’ll enter and track expenses for the SVP, Americas Wholesale & Global Licensing and 2 VP’s. You will proactively manage the needs of the team, prioritizing what is important and urgent. Additional responsibilities include coding and approving all department invoices, responding to phone, email and in-person inquiries (providing general information and directing inquiries to correct source or point of contact), managing all necessary arrangements for internal and external meeting planning including sending invitations, booking rooms and preparing meeting materials. To add to this, you will organize special events as required including team off-sites and larger cross-functional team meetings. You’ll work closely with the other assistants to schedule inter – department meetings with executives and work on special projects including presentation creation using Excel and/or PowerPoint and finalization of presentations and other documents. You will also be manage ad hoc personal requests.
To Land This Role:
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have a customer service orientation
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and organization skills, strong attention to detail, strong writing skills, problem – solver, demonstrated ability to interact with Senior Management
  • A high sense of urgency, timeliness and follow-through

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 31.00 USD - 48.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
