Hybrid Role - Based in St. Petersburg, FL.
Foot Locker is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to be based in our St. Petersburg, FL office. This is a Hybrid role, so you are expected to work in the office up to 3 days a week and work from home the other days. This is a fast-paced matrix environment where you will support our EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer and need to be flexible/standby on occasionnal weekends.
You will provide dedicated support in scheduling, travel/itinerary management, and departmental event coordination. As the Executive Assistant you will confidently communicate, collaborate, and interact with senior-level team members and external vendors to execute key multi-faceted administrative tasks. The ability to take initiative and remain extremely organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient is important. We need someone with strong customer service and interpersonal skills that exudes self-motivation and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership with extensive and continuous calendar management, domestic and international travel management, reservation and expense management, event registration and detailed meeting plan management.
- Acts as a representative of executive leadership and conduit for internal and external relations and correspondence.
- Coordinate in-person, virtual, and off-site companywide or departmental meetings, events, and appointments.
- Ensure that executive leadership is informed of priorities, deadlines, and challenges in a timely manner.
- Manage communications, which includes answering phone calls, managing mail, taking messages, or fielding/answering routine and non-routine questions and sending out companywide emails on behalf of executive leadership.
- Complete accurate and detailed leadership expense reporting and maintain expense reports in Concur.
- Support executive leadership with urgent and sensitive projects. along with presentation development, database management (Excel), limited project management.
- Perform daily administrative tasks including maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems, screening and handling incoming mail and phone calls, and other duties that may be assigned.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of executive level administrative experience. Must have Senior Leadership and/or C-Level Executive support experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of computers and experience in Windows, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & TEAMS preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service and team-orientation.
- Work with internal and external partners in a professional, respectful, cooperative, and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and effectively exercise discretion in handling confidential information.
- Communicate confidently and at a high level with internal and external partners.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate, on a consistent basis, initiative, resourcefulness, good judgement, professionalism, adaptability, poise, organization, and flexibility.

Benefits
The hourly rate is $40-$42/hour, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
