*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support a Teenager with Autism during their daily bus commute from Tenton Falls to New Brunswick. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a young individual's life while gaining valuable experience for BCBA supervision.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Accompany and support a Teenager with Autism on their bus route to school.
- Apply principles of behavior analysis to manage and support the teenager's needs during the commute.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure consistency in behavior strategies.
*Qualifications:*
- Comfortable with the principles of behavior analysis.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism is preferred but not required.
- Ability to commit to the bus schedule and be punctual.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Compensation:*
- Hourly pay for time spent on the bus route to school and travel time back to your vehicle.
- Approximately 2 hours per day, 10 hours per week.
