We are currently Looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide support in a one-on-one working relationship with the company's CEO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a daily calendar and ensure awareness of and adherence to the meetings and events.
Prepare Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Drive to meetings and appointments as needed.
Drive to pick up food and other errands as needed.
Prepare expense reports.
Screen incoming calls, texts, and emails to take and deliver accurate messages.
Respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls and messages to the appropriate staff.
Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
Manage contacts.
Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
Responding to emails/texts/phone calls inside and outside normal business hours.
Welcome the guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or directing inquiries.
Serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.
Represent the company and the CEO in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
Read, research, collect, and analyze information as needed, in advance.
Complete ad hoc projects as assigned – such as personal events and/or family needs (greeting / event cards and gifts, meal program planning, and fitness program planning)
Organize complex calendars and schedules; resolving any scheduling issues

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
